• A disharmony between the mind, body and soul is the basis of most illnesses.
• Disharmony develops due to the conditioning of the mind which takes place as a person grows up in society. We can call it the Acquired Self
• The Acquired Self gets in the driver’s seat and determines our lifestyle by controlling our thoughts, emotions and actions.
• Most chronic diseases develop due to our lifestyle. Genetics play a small role.
• The Acquired Self significantly shapes lifestyle decisions and is therefore a fundamental contributor to many human diseases.

Concepts Of Diseases

• The human mind has collectively created a virtual, conceptual world, which has created concepts of diseases. These concepts get downloaded into our Acquired Self.
• The Acquired Self acquires (and believes in) the concepts of diseases. Whatever your mind says, your body listens and that is how a disease sets in its deep roots

How To Cure Diseases

• Each disorder has an underlying root cause and mechanism.
• Drugs work by modifying the mechanism. In this way, drugs can control symptoms as long as the medication is taken. Consequently, many individuals require ongoing drug treatment. This approach is obviously beneficial from a commercial perspective for pharmaceutical companies.
• You cannot cure a disease until you treat it at the root level.
• Use common sense, listen to your body, and use the SNEVM approach to deal with physical or emotional disorders.

How To Live A Healthy Life

• The secret to healthy living is to be free of the tight hold of the Acquired Self and the Conceptual human world.
• Utilize your Acquired Self to function in the Conceptual, Virtual World, but put it to rest when you are alone.
• Simply observe your thoughts and emotions without any interpretation or judgement. Don’t chase them. That’s how to rise above your Acquired Self.
• Pay attention to the Real World by using your five senses: what you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. Also pay attention to space, silence, and stillness, the canvas for the painting of the universe. This is how you live in the “NOW.”
• Living in the “Now” and freedom from the Acquired Self resets your innate harmony of the mind, body and soul. Then, you automatically get in touch with inner peace and joy.
• Listen to your body every day. It will tell you what is right and wrong with it, what to eat and what not to eat, etc.
• Take care of your soul every day. Your morning affirmation: “Today I shall not add any emotional burden on my soul.” End your day with the evening affirmation: “Here, I let go of all that happened today.”

Innate Wisdom:

• Use common sense – our Innate Intelligence – to solve problems in your daily life.
• For every beginning, there is an ending. This is the law of the Creator.
• The physical body must come to an end one day, but the soul does not die. However, it carries all the emotional imprints created on it by the Acquired Self.
• The Real Creator is formless and timeless. However, it also takes forms. For example – you, me, animals, plants, suns, moons, planets, stars are all forms of the Creator.
• The purpose of life: In the physical realm, try to reproduce, as life lives through life forms. In this way, you propagate life. In the Psycho-Spiritual realm, rise above your Acquired Self, re-discover your True Self, do not add any emotional burden to your soul, and experience the Creator inside you and around you.
