How Stress Causes Diseases
Based on my extensive clinical observations, certain type of emotional stress is linked to a certain type of disease. Here are my clinical findings:
1. Emotional stress in the form of fear disrupts your immune system. When your Immune System does not work right, you are at risk of Infections, Autoimmune Diseases, as well as Cancer.
2. Anger, jealousy and greed increase your Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and risk of Stroke and Heart Disease.
3.Fear and anger also lay ground for Dementia.
Get Rid Of Stress
To get rid of stress, we need to first get to the root of the problem: what causes stress?
The root cause of stress is what I call your Acquired Self. It is your personality that you acquire as you grow up in society. It consists of all the concepts that society downloads into you. In addition, it consists of your past and the so-called future.
The Acquired Self Generates Stress
The Acquired Self is constantly judging others as well as its own self. Consequently, it generates emotional thinking such as “What If,” “Why Me,” “Why Not Me,” ” He Should Have,” “She Shouldn’t Have,” etc.
Emotional thoughts generate corresponding emotion. For example, angry thoughts create anger, fearful thoughts create fear, jealousy thoughts generate jealousy, hateful thoughts generate hate, etc.

- Treat everyone (including yourself) with unconditional love.
- Be free of the busy mind by not paying attention to it.
